Structure

Each participation will be managed as a separate portfolio. As a result, investors will have the option to participate in either one specific investment or in CDHF as a whole

Investment monitoring post investment

  • Periodic construction inspections / and tracking of the construction timeline and deliverables
  • Audited Annual Report prepared by BIG 6 auditing firm
  • Annual Operational Budget – 30 days prior to new financial year
  • Quarterly Shareholders Report / Meeting
  • Periodic (Quarterly) financial reports
  • Monthly Financial Report (10 days after monthly close)
  • Quarterly Tax Reports
  • Financial Metrics (including Compliance Certificate)
  • Funded Debt to EBITDA (Max of 6.00x)
  • Debt Service Coverage Ratio: minimum of 1.25x
  • Equity Ratio: minimum of 30%
  • Independent Appraisal Report: every 3 years
